Introduction
This real estate company is a prominent and successful family-based team based in Southern California. This website redesign was because of an outdated (decades old) website that was not interactive, responsive, or user-friendly. This project included an entire overhaul (my first ever website project!) of their multi-page complex website with plugins and real-estate (IDX) integration. Within a span of a couple of months, I went from pitching the the need of the website design to the client to launching the newly designed website.

What I did

I completely revamped this real estate company's website with the aim to update and elevate their digital presence and identity, ultimately increasing their site traffic by over 300%. This is a sleek, user-centric website with IDX integration. Home Page: Hero with looping background video, promotional announcement bars, direct call-to-actions for the three main areas of service offered, integrated properly search widget, and a section of self-populating featured properties. Other Pages: Staging portfolio, a reel of recent listings, embedded map property search, sold properties, calculators, about page, and direct paths of actions to boost lead conversions throughout.
