Introduction
This animated video was created to be a down-to-earth and palatable form of education on the detriments of sleep deprivation. The general public won't always read sleep studies or research into sleep concepts, so the hope was to make such information accessible and also fun to watch through well-used, simple animations.

What I did

Using key research and information taught by Dr. Matthew Walker (UC Berkeley, Professor of Neuroscience), I created a script, storyboard, and graphics to piece together a video. I also created a version in Korean (to practice my Korean, which I was learning at the time). Some sample screens are on the left. Scroll down and click the video link below to watch the English version, and the project link to watch the Korean version.
